My name is Justin Johnson and I am the President/CEO of A-Concrete, Inc. I am originally from Western Nebraska and I have lived in Colorado since 2001. I learned the art of concrete during college while working for a small construction company in Nebraska. After college, I worked as a paramedic and ended up relocating to Colorado. In 2005, I met the founder of A-Concrete, Inc. who had started the business in 1981. I purchased the company that same year, and operated it myself along with two other finishers who continued to work for A-Concrete. Over the next several years, our company began to grow and eventually expanded from one crew to the seven crews that we have now. I am proud of the support that A-Concrete consistently gives to local groups such as the county fair 4-H projects, many athletic teams, non-profit school organizations, and our local veterans programs. I look forward to one day teaching my children the business and watching them continue the family business of helping people make their dreams come true. After 36 years of business in Northern Colorado, we are still growing and working to stay on the cutting edge of the latest trends in our field. We continued to grow through the recession, and we now have a total of 60 employees. Our company would not be what it is today without the dedicated hard work of our employees. We are proud of the versatility and knowledge we offer in many areas. In a typical day, A-Concrete, Inc. will pour anything from a small hot tub pad to a 70,000 square-foot commercial pad. We build relationships with customers. We help people design and build their dream whether that be an outdoor living area or a new home. We do work in Northern Colorado and occasionally travel.
As the field superintendent for A Concrete, Jeremy joined A-Concrete Inc in 2014, and is responsible for daily operations for our concrete projects. He fluidly handles everything from coordinating with crews, performing demolition projects and scheduling trucks and concrete pumps. He works closely with many of our clients and is dedicated to customer satisfaction, finding reward in seeing smiles from customers each time a job exceeds their expectations.
Utilizing his skills as an ASE Certified Master Technician and his experience as a Class A CDL driver, Jeremy takes great pride in keeping A Concrete Inc.’s fleet of trucks and vehicles maintained and ready for safe operation.
Jeremy has been in the industry for over 15 years and has an extensive background in construction, including excavation and concrete. As a certified level 1 post tension installer, Jeremy brings an unmatched level of expertise securing any project to be completed on schedule and within budget.
As the Controller, Crystal Bidwell joined the A-Concrete team in 2016 bringing with her a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry. She is skilled in administration, management, finance, marketing and team building. With her multifaceted skills and 15 years of experience, Crystal is a strong reinforcement for the customer service and operations segments, with a specialized strength in financial projecting, operational costing and employment management.
Crystal is a problem-solver and continues to identify and improve company practices creating better policy that promotes overall customer service and effective operations. Utilizing her Master’s degree focused in Business Administration and Management from Colorado State University, she enjoys challenging opportunities that will grow the success for the company for future years.
As the Estimator, Michael Williams joined A-Concrete Inc., February of 2016, bringing an extraordinary level of trust and performance to the A-Concrete team. He prides himself on the importance of client relationships and is diligent in providing clients accurate, detailed, and timely proposals for all their concrete needs. Michael works closely with the client and crews to ensure the expectations of the client are continually thought of, transforming drawings on paper and scratches in dirt to reality.
Michael has been recognized as a trailblazer in sales, management and leadership .He is a 12-year US Army Veteran and continues to use the management and leadership training that the military exemplified to interact with clients and crews effectively to improve the overall project experience.

As the Operations Admin, Carrie Fabian Joseph provides support to our vendors, builders and residential customers through her communication and problem-solving skills. She expertly schedules and coordinates complex projects from start to finish and plays a pivotal role in operations. Carrie strives to exceed customer expectations and works very closely with each one to help bring their ideas to fruition.
Carrie has over 10 years in logistical operations and scheduling with proven success in customer service. She enjoys actively seeking out continuing education opportunities to improve her techniques making her practices effective and efficient.
As the Office Admin, Rachel Hendrickson provides a detailed approach to coordinate multiple projects at once, from internal document management to scheduling repairs and warranties. She has a unique ability to quickly shift focus throughout her daily tasks, excelling in her management in an office setting. Rachel is exceptional at partnering with the correct resources to create innovative and streamlined ideas improving the flow of work within the office and the field.
Rachel has a Bachelor of Science in Human Dimensions focusing on Recreation and Tourism, which only furthers her acute ability to effectively provide solution-based ideas customized to customer needs.
